Whether you're stepping onto the stage for the first time or returning to shine again, Miss Crown of the Carolinas is more than a pageant... it’s a celebration of style, personality, and presence at every age!

Who can enter the Miss Crown of the Carolinas pageant?

Girls and women ages 2 and up from any state are welcome to enter! Beginners are absolutely encouraged — no prior pageant experience needed.

Is this a contractual pageant?

This is a non-contractual pageant. That means contestants are free to compete in other pageants without restriction.

When and where is the event?

Registration opens: 8:00 AM

Interviews: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Pageant begins: 3:00 PM

What’s the registration deadline?

All forms and fees are due by June 1, 2025 at midnight. No late or door entries will be accepted.

How do I pay the registration fee?

Once you fill out the application form and complete your interview call, we’ll guide you through payment over the phone.

What should contestants wear?

Interview: Dress, jumpsuit, or pants suit (Miss Mini may wear anything comfortable)

Runway: Fun, stylish outfit (no props, hats, or purses)

Evening Gown: Short or long dress for Miss Mini; long gowns for all others

Optional events: See individual guidelines (e.g. athleticwear for fitness)

Can parents be in the dressing room?

Only one (1) chaperone per contestant is allowed in the dressing room. No men are permitted backstage. All others must wait outside.

Are refunds available if we can't attend?

All fees are non-refundable. If the event is rescheduled due to venue closure, your entry will transfer to the new date. Refunds are only issued if the event is canceled by Pynk Krown, LLC.

How do I submit photogenic entries?

Photos must be:

Submitted by 12PM on pageant day or emailed in advance to [email protected]

Sized between 4x6 and 8x10

Clearly labeled with name, age division, and contact number on the back

Removed from bulky photo sleeves (must fit in a binder protector)

Will I receive my scores?

Yes. Score sheets will be available after crowning, but judges will not be available for feedback. Please do not approach judges directly.
